GNU-based PicoWeb Development System Available for "Breadboard"[New!][10/8/00]
A known good version of our PicoWeb development system (v2.08) based on the GNU software toolset is now available for PicoWeb "breadboard versions".  The original v2.07 "breadboard" release did not retrieve Web pages due to a firmware bug related to running NE2000 ISA-bus cards in 16-bit mode.  Our downloads page has the latest information.
New GNU-based PicoWeb Development System Now Available [7/7/00]
Lightner Engineering is pleased to announce that a major revision of the PicoWeb development system (v2.xx) based on the GNU software toolset is now available.  This version supports the GNU assembler and linker, as well as the GNU C compiler (gcc).   The PicoWeb firmware and user documentation also has been enhanced.  The PicoWeb server now supports short out-bound TCP/IP sessions.  A number of new PicoWeb samples projects are available that make use of the new features, including a sample project that sends e-mail to an SMTP mail server.  See our tech support page for information on upgrading.  Our downloads page has the latest documentation (including a conversion guide) and sample projects.
