HOW TO ORDER BY MAIL:
- Please supply all the information requested on a printed
copy of our PicoWeb Order Form. We will accept your
personal check, bank draft, or money order payable to Lightner Engineering, or payment
with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover only). If you charge
your order to a credit card, please SIGN the order form where indicated and enter your
complete card number and expiration date. Note that the name and
address listed on the order form MUST BE the same as the credit card holder's name and
address.
- Payment or credit card information MUST accompany your
order.
- For your own protection please DO NOT SEND CASH through the
mail!
- We only accept payment in U.S. dollars.
HOW TO ORDER BY FAX:
You may FAX an order to us 24 hours a day, provided you
include a credit card number and authorized signature with the order. Please fill out our PicoWeb Order Form completely. Please SIGN the order form where
indicated and enter your complete card number and expiration date. FAX your
completed order form to +1-858-551-0777. Note
that the name and address listed on the order form MUST BE the same as the credit card
holder's name and address.
NO ORDERS BY TELEPHONE:
Sorry, we only accept orders via FAX or mail.
NO COD ORDERS:
Sorry, do not accept COD orders of any kind.
PRE-PAID PURCHASE ORDERS ONLY:
We accept only PRE-PAID Purchase Orders from individuals,
companies, or institutions. Payment or credit card information MUST be included, or the
order will be returned.
CALCULATING SHIPPING COSTS:
You will need to refer to the proper U.S.
domestic shipping rate schedule or foreign shipping rate
schedule in order to complete your order form. You can either calculate your shipping
cost now by selecting this link, or come back to it later prior to submitting your order.
WHEN WE SHIP:
It is our general policy to ship within two business days
following our receipt of your paid order, providing the items are in stock. However, not
all items can be shipped from stock. Orders paid via personal or company check may be held
until after the check has cleared. We are not responsible for delays caused by
the U.S. Mail service or our other shipping services.
HOW WE SHIP:
Domestic Orders: Orders within the U.S.A.
are shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping time for U.S. domestic
orders is typically 2-3 business days.
Foreign Orders: We ship all orders to
destinations outside the United States via Federal
Express International Priority® courier service.
(We no longer ship foreign orders via U.S. Postal Service Airmail.) Typical shipping
times for foreign orders is 3-5 business days, depending upon the destination
country. Foreign customers are responsible for any and all local taxes and/or
customs duties when the shipment is delivered. Canada,
Mexico and all other foreign countries should reference our FOREIGN
rate charts.
RUSH AIR DELIVERY SERVICE:
(Additional charges apply)
Upon request we can ship via UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day
Air, or Federal Express Next Day shipping. This service is available for credit card
orders only. Call or send e-mail to us if you need
a rate quote for your specific order. Typical "overnight express mail"
shipping/handling costs for small U.S. domestic orders is $25. Typical foreign
"2-3 day express mail" shipping/handling costs for small foreign orders is $60

ERRORS, OMISSIONS & OTHER:
We are not responsible for typographical, or other errors. We
reserve the right to refuse any order at any time.
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
- Item MUST be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- On the packing slip (or copy) that came with your order,
please tell us why you are returning the item, and what exchange or adjustment you desire.
- With the packing slip (or copy) enclosed, wrap the item in
a sturdy box and secure it with strong tape.
- Return the package, prepaid & insured, to: Lightner
Engineering, 8551 La Jolla Shores Dr., La Jolla, CA 92037-3044, USA (Sorry, we cannot
accept C.O.D. returns.)
- Item must be in unused, new condition (unless damaged in
shipment).
- As soon as we receive your return order, we will send your
refund, credit or exchange to you promptly.
- Postage is not refundable, except for errors by us.
- Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a 20%
restocking charge.
